What we process
We process the email addresses you submit for verification, plus account details such as your name, company and email address. Verification involves DNS/MX lookups and an SMTP conversation with the recipient mail server. No email is ever sent to the address being checked.
Retention
Verification results are retained for 90 days and then deleted automatically. You can delete jobs and single checks earlier from the History page at any time.
Accuracy
SMTP verification is inherently imperfect. Some providers accept all recipients or deliberately obscure mailbox existence, so results are classified as valid, invalid, risky or unknown. A valid result is not a guarantee of deliverability.

Contact us to request deletion of your account and all associated verification data.
